Shipping policy

Nightshft ships orders using a combination of Printify production partners and in-house fulfillment.
1. Processing Time

Print-on-demand items: 2–7 business days

In-house items: 5–7 business days
Holidays and high-volume periods may delay production.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days after processing.
Total delivery estimate: 7–17 business days.
3. Shipping Regions
Currently shipping within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships.
Some items may ship separately.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Nightshft is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact hello@wearenightshft.com within 7 days. Proof may be required.
