Refund policy

Nightshft offers apparel and accessories fulfilled through a combination of in-house shipping and third-party Printify production partners.

1. Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, and print-on-demand manufacturing:

  • We do not accept returns of any worn, washed, or used items.

  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect size choice or buyer’s remorse.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item received is incorrect.

  • The item is defective upon arrival.

Nightshft reserves the right to request photo or video evidence before issuing a refund.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

4. Print-On-Demand Items

Printify and partner facilities produce items after each order is placed.
Because of this:

  • Minor variations in print color, placement, or material are normal.

  • These variations do not qualify as defects.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Print-on-demand merchandise

  • Any item not in original condition
