Nightshft offers apparel and accessories fulfilled through a combination of in-house shipping and third-party Printify production partners.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene, safety, and print-on-demand manufacturing:

We do not accept returns of any worn, washed, or used items.

Returns are not accepted for incorrect size choice or buyer’s remorse.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged.

The item received is incorrect.

The item is defective upon arrival.
Nightshft reserves the right to request photo or video evidence before issuing a refund.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
4. Print-On-Demand Items
Printify and partner facilities produce items after each order is placed.
Because of this:

Minor variations in print color, placement, or material are normal.

These variations do not qualify as defects.
