Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from the U.S. via our production partners. Some items may ship separately depending on where they're made or fulfilled.
When will my order ship?
We aim to process orders within 2–5 business days — not including weekends or holidays.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your item’s on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery:
• 5–10 business days (U.S.)
• 10–20 business days (International)
You may experience slight delays during high-volume drops or global shipping disruptions.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order ships, we no longer control the package — but we’ve got your back.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to the made-to-order nature of Nightshft drops, all sales are final.
That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely fix it.
How do the clothes fit?
All Nightshft pieces are unisex and true to size, with a slightly relaxed fit.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a baggier look, we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer collabs, influencer gifts, or bulk orders?
